The alternative rock music festival T in the Park is going to be the biggest music fest in Scotland trip this summer. Festival organizers have announced a great assortment of Scottish acts for the festival, including Big Country, Jon Fratelli, Roddy Woomble, Twin Atlantic, Emma's Imagination, The Phantom Band, Found and Jack Townes.
All these artists and more will grace the stages in Balado on July 8-10, 2011. This is the T in the Park debut for Scottish rock giants Big Country, who have enjoyed huge success with their number one albums, Grammy nominations and sold out European tours. Big Country has shared the stage with famous acts like Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan over the years, and despite the fact they've been around since the eighties their music remains fresh and relevant to a new generation of fans.
